Flor de Cabrera was built by the PONA Foundation in 2008 for the purposes of improving the quality of life for children in the Dominican Republic.
The concept of the foundation was to offer guest a luxurious and relaxing vacation while also a feel good experience of supporting local educational programs. Guests open to donating or bringing down needed items for the community are rewarded with discounts on their stay. The concept has had great success over the years. All guest are welcome to visit the projects the villa supports to learn more.
Flor de Cabrera offers two beachfront rental properties: a 10-bedroom villa and a 4-bedroom villa( Villa Florita ) along with four additional community suites (Orchid Suites)for overflow accommodations. if booked together all the guests can eat meals together at the main villa or use separate chef services.
For even larger groups the private community also has a selection of other luxury beach front properties of various sizes. All properties have stunning ocean views, and offer a selection of resort style services. All properties work together for a seamless celebration experience.

The property can host events up to 100 guests under Flor de Cabrera's large patio and can serve high quality plated meals do its extra large kitchen.
